I had my saddle cleaned and repaired, and the actual work turned out okay. Nothing amazing, but it was decent enough. The main issue was that it took longer than I was expecting, which was a bit frustrating. For the extra wait, I’d kind of expect some sort of discount or small compensation. Overall, not a terrible experience, just average

I sent my saddle to King Ranch Saddle Shop for consignment, i was expecting the whole thing to drag on and be a hassle. I don’t have much patience for back-and-forth or vague updates, but they made it painless. They explained what needed to happen, kept me posted, and the saddle sold faster than I thought it would. Payment showed up when they said it would too, which I appreciated. Nothing over the top, just a simple, smooth process with good communication. I’d use them again.

Shipping was way faster than I expected. I figured I’d be waiting around like an idiot, but the order showed up quick and everything was packed fine. No complaints from me, I’d definitely order again.

I ordered a saddle from krsaddleshop and, to be fair, the delivery part went smoothly with no real issues. When it arrived, the saddle looked pretty much how I expected, so I was hopeful at first. But once I tried it on my horse, the fit was a bit of a mixed bag. It seemed to sit a little tight around the shoulders, even after I swapped in a different pad to see if that helped. It’s not awful by any means, but I definitely don’t feel comfortable using it much until I have a proper fitter take a look. For the price, I was just expecting the fit to be a little closer right out of the box. Overall, I’d give it 3 stars
